Romantic and Regal Wedding Reception

When brides dream of their perfect wedding day, many envision a romantic event filled with beautiful flowers and exquisite details. This wedding ceremony and reception at the Greentree Country club was just that and more! The color scheme of the event was red, black, gold, maroon, blush pink, and white. This contributed to creating the theme of a high-end classy affair, with unique stage touches.

The Vision

Event design is often about understanding a client’s vision and making it a reality. The client was interested in this event’s romantic and lavish look, with large flower installations and custom centerpieces. We designed a custom-made board, which was used as a backdrop with white and pink marble gold metal stands floating with a custom flower arrangement running through the gold floating stands. 

This large arrangement captivated guests, leading their eyes all over the stage. The effect of the flowers weaving through the gold floating stands was mesmerizing and created a beautiful focal point for the evening wedding. 

Our event design team is skilled in creating visually stunning and thematically cohesive events. The event space was transformed into a romantic and regal setting perfect for this reception.

Florals & Greenery

Detailed elements can create a cohesive event, we do this with florals and greenery. We used white hydrangeas, red roses, and maroon roses for the flowers. To add texture and life, we used eucalyptus leaves between the flowers to make guests feel like they stepped into an elegant garden.

This event’s theme was high-end and sophisticated, with warm and romantic colors that reflected the classy and regal feel of the wedding. The different textures and colors worked together perfectly, and the overall effect was an elegant and romantic day.

Lighting

Lighting can play a crucial role in setting the tone for an event. We used wireless LED lighting to illuminate the stage area. It had a soft tone to contribute to the romantic feel of the reception. At the same time, it emphasized the stage as the focal point of the event space. As part of the centerpieces, we used candles. This made the tables feel cozy and inviting without incorporating too much light. By using a combination of different lighting techniques and types, we were able to create a romantic and warm ambiance for the event design. 

Centerpieces

For any event, the small details are what make all the difference. The extravagance of a beautiful floral centerpiece surrounded by candles can make your guests feel like royalty. For this event, we created four types of centerpieces:

Centerpiece 1 – Artificial cherry blossom tree made with natural curly willow branches wisteria branches, with blush pink & white artificial cherry blossom branches.

Centerpiece 2 –  Gold flower stands with fresh flower arrangement placed on top. Multiple votive candles were placed around the base of the centerpiece. 

Centerpiece 3 – Small urn with a fresh flower arrangement placed inside. Multiple votive candles were placed around the base of the centerpiece.

Centerpiece 4 – Two-tier vases with a fresh maroon rose placed inside. The vases were filled with water, and a floating candle was placed inside each vase. Multiple votive candles have also been placed around the base of the centerpiece.
